If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your WOW Wipes, we think that returns and refunds should be easy and hassle-free.
We are required to state specific information under the Australian Consumer Law. This is “our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
What this means is that we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number (you can find it in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it for next time.
We’ll arrange to have your order collected by a courier. All you need to do is print and securely attach the return shipping address label/s (which we will provide for you) to the shipping cartons you received your order in. There are no restocking fees or penalties for returning your goods
Please note that in most cases we can only accept products for return that are ‘largely unused’, meaning that if more than 25% of the products in your order have been used (for example, 3 wipes rolls of wipes out of your order total of 8 wipes rolls), then unfortunately we cannot accept the return and cannot give a refund (unless required by law). An exception to this is if you discover some or all of the remaining products are faulty, in which case we will provide a refund in accordance with consumer laws.
